The rules are :

1. Please keep in mind, that Chill Citty provides a PARTY ATMOSPHERE and does not want to destroy our ozone layer, so we may not post all images.

2. The resolution should be about 72 dpi and lower than 1 MB.

3. No pornographic material will be accepted ( I'll check it out, but i wont put it on the site!)
